The Lincoln Heights Senior Center is located at 1 Techview Drive. This center serves the residents of Lincoln Heights, Lockland, and Woodlawn. The goal of our senior program is help seniors maintain an independent lifestyle. We accomplish this by designing and implementing programs that keep them socially engaged, mentally stimulated, and physically active. Seniors participate in daily activities in a senior friendly environment. Daily activities include arts & crafts, computer classes, exercise, and congregate meals. The program is to serve 175 seniors on a yearly base. In addition space is provided at Findlay Street Neighborhood House for seniors living in the West End Community. The Senior Program at Findlay Street Neighborhood House has weekly exercise, bingo, group outings, and monthly speakers. Supportive Services are also available for our seniors. Supportive Services assist seniors by connecting them to resources. We help by setting up appointments, getting home care assistance, transportation needs, and filling out various types of paperwork. Funding for this program comes from the Council on Aging of Southwest Ohio and the United Way of Greater Cincinnati.
