Mentor a Family
Lend your experience to help a young family or a single parent. Raising a family is not easy and it can be even more difficult for young families and single parents experiencing a host of barriers.
Spend time talking with a parent can go a long way to help struggling families learn techniques that work with juggling child care, budgeting, health and nutrition.
Sharing your knowledge, support and kind words of wisdom can make a big difference to a parent feeling isolated, alone and experiencing the pressures of daily life.
Be a Friend to a Senior
